HR 2646

I have deleted the other blog post because I’ve decided to stop writing about politics.

Surely there’s a better use of this blog. Yet I will still talk about legislation that is being considered that impacts mental health treatment.

Congress acted on HR 2646 The Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act.

It enables those with serious mental illnesses to have a better chance of getting treatment.

Now the Senate version of the Act will be debated.

You can log on to Senate.gov to contact your elected officials about enacting this bill.
